Mary Lyons took the stand for 15 minutes and lied through her teeth—under oath, no less. She brazenly admitted she doesn’t follow our governing documents, then claimed we refused plumbing inspections. Newsflash: we allowed at least 11 of them and never said no.
When I cross-examined her, she couldn’t even remember how many times she supposedly requested access—maybe more than five. Sure. She insisted these requests were emailed or “hand-delivered” by our maintenance folks, Mike and Marina. Except our bylaws require a signed acknowledgment for hand-delivered notices, and Ms. Lyons produced zero evidence. None. A legally recorded statement from Marina says she’s never delivered a single letter, ever, which blows up Ms. Lyons’s entire story.
In court, you need proof, not fairy tales. But Ms. Lyons and our association counsel, Elizabeth Thompson, have been given a pass on that by the court. By the way, perjury is a felony, so why is a felon running our building? And why is Ms. Thompson filing documents packed with falsehoods? It's simple, people lie to conceal something—like the fact that certain board members, FCM, and a few vendors have swiped hundreds of thousands of dollars since 2020.
Stick around, because I’m just getting started.
When it all comes out, it’s going to be a real eye-opener, except for Ms. Lyons. She's keeping her eyes shut hoping this all goes away.
