Why ScottInsider?  Because the over the past five years, some decisions involving our money haven’t added up.  The Board is also allowing a former resident and FCM to direct litigation using association funds.

Projects are not being competitively bid so we are forced to pay special assessments that are three times what they should be for things like lobby and elevator improvements.

And where does the rest of the money land?

I believe it’s time for an independent forensic audit—to get answers and ensure everything is fully accounted for. I’ve asked the board to do so but they refuse to even consider the idea.

If you think it’s time for transparency, please sign the petition in the top menu bar. It’s the first step toward appointing an outside committee and getting a proper review done.

I'll be posting more articles soon.
